Dr. Sabrina Strandberg

Dr. Strandberg is a licensed psychologist with a specialization in pediatric neuropsychology. She conducts neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents with a range of concerns including autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, ADHD/executive function disorders, and social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Dr. Strandberg has over a decade of experience in the field and has worked in inpatient/outpatient programs, schools, and group practices prior to her transition to private practice. She established a private practice in Concord, MA and has held a position at a large group practice in North Andover, MA for many years. Upon relocating to the New Hampshire seacoast with her family, she is happy to expand her services to the area. In addition to providing neuropsychological evaluations, she has experience in treating various psychological and neuropsychological issues within the therapeutic context. She especially enjoys working with parents on proactive and behavioral interventions for supporting their children’s areas of difficulty. 

 

Dr. Strandberg earned her doctoral and master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology/AIU in San Diego, CA, a program accredited by the American Psychological Association. She obtained her bachelor’s degree, with a major in Psychology and a minor in School Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, MA. Dr. Strandberg completed a formal, 2-year, post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the Integrated Center for Child Development (ICCD) in Newton and Canton, MA, a leading center in the field. At ICCD, she was provided extensive training in the evaluation of children and adolescents with various developmental and learning challenges, with an emphasis on the identification of autism spectrum disorders. She additionally acquired experience in the developmental assessment of infants and toddlers through her work at the San Diego Regional Center and ICCD.
